You will need to arrive on time for this event as once the session begins, there is no entry into the room after that point. Before the hypnosis starts, there is an introduction explaining what hypnosis is and how it can help people relax more quickly by accessing parts of the mind where anxieties may be stored. This introduction also covers some of the science behind why hypnosis works which helps reduce any anxiety around hypnosis itself.

It is normal for people to feel relaxed or drowsy during hypnosis, some people also experience vivid images, sounds, tastes and smells.
